    You are responsible for how you use restored content. We do not guarantee ownership rights, copyright rights or usage permission for any restored website. You must ensure you have the right to use the restored files. We only provide technical restoration of publicly archived material.

    Account

    You must provide accurate account details. Do not share your account or misuse the system. We may suspend accounts that violate terms or abuse the service.

    Payments

    Prices are based on page count. Payments are one-time per restore unless otherwise stated. You will see the price before payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

    Refunds

    Refunds are only granted if no restoration is possible or if the archive contains no usable files. Successful restores are not refundable. If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact support within 7 days of purchase.

    Website Availability

    We rely on the Wayback Machine as a data source. If snapshots or resources are missing, some pages or images may not be included. We restore everything that is available at the time of processing.

    Limitations

    We are not responsible for missing content, lost revenue, SEO results, or outcomes from using restored websites. The service is provided as-is. We do not offer guarantees on completeness or future availability.

    Data Storage

    Restores are stored in your account for download. We may delete expired or inactive accounts after a long period of inactivity. Keep local backups of restored sites.

    Changes

    We may update prices, features or terms at any time. Continued use means you accept updated terms. We will notify users of major changes.
